Happy first week of January! I hope your 2024 is starting off right. I’m back with another year of pop culture updates. Here we go again!
The first Disney film in the public domain
It’s official, Steamboat Willie is now in the public domain. It’s a historical movie for Disney overall. On the same day, Steven LaMorte released the first look of his Mickey Mouse horror game, Infestation 88. It’s honestly perfect timing. Steven LaMorte’s horror is supposed to be released this March. In the meantime, you can watch Steamboat Willie on YouTube or wherever you can. I’m sure more Disney films will follow in the next ten years or so. Watch the animated short here.
